ABOUT STUDIO LOULOU
Studio Loulou is a unique location where photography, interior design and creativity comes together. The daylight studio is perfectly suited for photography, video, events and other gatherings. Be inspired and imagine yourself in this beautiful space of 190 m2. The studio is located in Rotterdam at the Oostzeedijk 242 and has beautiful large windows and a fine light environment due to the use of natural tones for the interior design. We warmly invite you to the studio to discover the unique space.
FURNISHED
The studio is decorated with items that all have a peaceful warm feel. The use of different materials and textures such as, travertin, rattan and wood form a beautiful combination with the open, bright space. Interior lovers will feel completely at home in our daylight studio. Should you feel inspired by our interiors, we invite you to have a look at the Aime Té collection, where our furniture is also available.
PHOTO STUDIO
The photo studio is perfectly suited for various photography purposes. Due to the daylight area in the studio with a completely white background and large windows, the studio can also be used for e-commerce photography or other images requiring a completely clean look. The studio will have photography equipment such as backdrops in different colours including an automated attachment bar. There is also a Camera Express within walking distance for other props on the clients behalf.

Wat een top locatie is Studio LouLou! Ik organiseer regelmatig content shoot dagen voor mijn klanten en we hebben hier de hele middag geshoot. Locatie was top, communicatie met de eigenaren verliep ook goed. We liepen helaas iets uit door omstandigheden en ze waren hier heel flexibel in. Mijn klanten en ik zijn meer dan tevreden.
Geweldige ruimte! Heel stijlvol ingericht.Het is lekker ruim en perfect voor foto's & video's.
Prachtige daglicht studio op een goede locatie, én ontzettend veel mogelijkheden... precies wat ik nodig had. Vriendelijke gastheer en contact verliep heel soepeltjes. Mijn klant en ik zijn uitermate tevreden - deze locatie blijft zeker staan op de lijst!
Wat een geweldig atelier! Enorme ruimte om in te werken en veel licht van alle kanten.De Studio was ongelooflijk behulpzaam bij het beantwoorden van vragen vóór de shoot en was meegaand tijdens de afspraak om ervoor te zorgen dat we meteen konden beginnen met fotograferen.Zal deze locatie absoluut gebruiken voor toekomstige projecten!
Top locatie! De lichtinval is waanzinnig en komt heel goed over op camera. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en hebben meteen nog een keer geboekt.
Geweldige locatie! Heel veel bruikbare unieke hoekjes om te shooten. Fijn contact met de eigenaren, goed bereikbaar met OV of auto. Wij zijn blij met ons eindproduct en komen zeker nog eens terug.
Studio Loulou is echt top! Ik was er vandaag voor mijn personal branding shoot en het was gewoon helemaal goed. Een super aardige gastheer stond al klaar om me welkom te heten. Ze hebben alles wat je nodig hebt: tafels, stoelen en allerlei stijlvolle props die je kan gebruiken en verzetten zoals je zelf wilt. Ik was even bang dat het licht niet mee zou werken vanwege de bewolking, maar dat was nergens voor nodig; het licht was perfect! En de vibe in de studio? Precies zoals je ziet op hun Insta en website. Echt een aanrader als je iets in die richting zoekt. Lekker professioneel, zonder gedoe.
Prachtige locatie met veel licht, fijne mensen, goed te bereiken en grote lift beschikbaar voor het laden en lossen van spullen.

Address
The address where the studio is located is Oostzeedijk 242 in Rotterdam. Before the start of your booking you can reach us on +31611453907. If you are already on location you may report to Oostzeedijk 236 (Aime Té), the 4th floor. Your host will welcome you and show you around.
Opening hours
We are open 09.00-21.00, Monday – Sunday. Would you like to rent our space outside these opening hours? Please send an email to [email protected]
Photography equipment
The equipment needed for a photoshoot should be brought by the booker. Generally the best hours to shoot are from 9:30 to 15:30 with lots of natural light and depending on the weather/season. If evening shoots are required we recommend to bring daylight equipment.
Parking
It is possible to park your car nearby our studio. There are several parking spaces available on the street side. Nearest free parking is at Kralingse Zoom. There is a possibility to load and unload in front of the door. No permit is required for this, but always nice if you let us know if you would like to make use of this option.
Time slot
Studio Loulou can be booked by 4 hours, 8 hours and 12 hours. Check if your desired time slot is still available and book it right away!
Time slot upgrade
If you do not have enough time on the day of your booking, it is possible to book an additional time slot or pay a surcharge per half hour. This surcharge is 50 euros per half hour and can only be determined in consultation with the host.
Surface area & elevator
The area of the studio is 190 cm2. The height of the room is 310 cm. Should you want to bring equipment for your event it is useful to know that the door post is 210 cm by 100 cm. There is an elevator available that can be used. Its dimensions are 210 cm x 165 cm x 110 cm.
Wifi
Wifi is available. Ask your host for the access code.
No shoes policy
As we want to protect the aesthetic space with its light floor as much as possible, we kindly ask you to comply with our ‘no shoes policy’. Should there be any damage to the floor due to not complying with this policy, we will unfortunately have to charge the costs to the booker. We would also like to ask you to ensure safety and not to enter the studio stair with more than one person at a time. The maximum allowed weight is 100 kg.
Food & drinks
The kitchen on the 4th floor (236) is at your disposal, the kitchen in the studio can not be used. In the kitchen there is coffee, tea and water available and of course you can use the dishwasher and refrigerator. Food can be brought on your personal behalf.
